If a seller is adamant about working with a listing agent what would be the best approach in this situation?
When you list your property you must consider the cost and how long your property is going to be on the market. What Lou wants to tell everyone is that you have options. You can work with a traditional agent that typically wants you to sign a 6-month option to sell commonly known as a listing agreement.
